|ll you need are three things to make the world’s best root beer float:
1. A cold bottle of Fitz’s root beer
2. A pint of good vanilla ice cream
3. A frosty mug.
To make a mug frosty, dip it in water, then put it in the freezer for one hour.
Carefully lower 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the mug and add Fitz’s root beer. Put in a straw and a long-handled spoon.
You’re ready to enjoy your very own homemade Fitz’s Float.

SANTE FE QUESADILLA
Large flour tortilla filled with Southwestern spiced chicken, Colby and Jack cheeses, sauteed onions, green peppers and fresh pico de gallo served with black beans, rice and cilantro sour cream.

Our housemade New Orleans style gumbo is loaded with shrimp, clams, bay scallops, tasso ham, andouille sausage, red beans, okra, onions, peppers, celery, carrots, diced tomatoes and Cajun spices. Topped with white rice.
Our original recipe made with fresh ground beef, red beans, onions, chopped tomatoes and spices. Topped with shredded cheese, diced red onion and served with oyster crackers.
