Due to the potential for product tampering  we do not allow any returns. 

If something arrives to you damaged, please contact us by email at orders@fitzsrootbeer.com. We cannot be responsible for delayed, lost or damaged deliveries by UPS. We will make every effort to assure that you have the information needed to track your package and file a claim if necessary.
